5e Race Mariembourg 01/03 november 2019
Race 5 of Iame Series Benelux on the Circuit of Mariembourg in Belgium.
Friday: good practies on wet.
Saturday: qualifying P22.
Qualifying heat 1: was dry/wet/dry, incorrectly gambled with gear P23.
Sunday was wet.
Qualifying heat 2: from P22 to P11 in 2 corners and trying to overtake 3 more in turn 3 and then engine failure. Unfortunately broken spark plug ?
Qualifying heat 3: started again on P22 and finished P15, but had 5 sec. penalty for a click bumper P16. Not enough for A-final.
B-final started on P13 and fight my way to P3 but had again a 5 sec. penalty for a click bumper P4.
A-final was canceled, at least we drove the B-final.
Not a bad weekend.
